Cafe am See in Premnitz

Nice little restaurant by the lake. The menu is clear and there is home-style cooking at fair prices and it tastes good. Calling in advance is recommended because the tables can be completely occupied.

I was at the lake, right next to the "Kaffe am See". It's nice. And in Premnitz we are lucky to have a lake in the city. In the mornings, on hot days, it is pleasant to linger there a little.

Was there for the first time and will definitely go again! Ate a sundae and had a milk coffee. Both were delicious! Price / performance ratio good. Environment Super, so right on the lake. The only thing that needs to be improved is the friendliness of the waitress. It was kind of uncomfortable!

Had ordered a rump steak. When asked by the waitress whether I would like it medium, I answered "dear rare". What came? A completely roasted steak. Then the waitress was no longer visible throughout the meal (although only three tables were occupied) and my drink order was also forgotten. Mistakes are human, but how my criticism was dealt with in the end definitely spoiled my mood. Why didn't I say something earlier? -> Because nobody came? !! Would it not have been possible for me to come to the counter? - Without words... Zero criticism, zero customer orientation, unfriendly tone and in the end calculated the full price + excessive surcharge, because I preferred one with forest mushrooms instead of the advertised sauce. Conclusion: For eating schnitzel and drinking beer certainly quite good, but definitely not more.

Animal friendly, map unfortunately not good for allergy sufferers, typical Brandenburg staff, always a bit of a word. View of the lake is fantastically priced appropriately.

Nicely located, indoor and outdoor seating, good German cuisine for fair prices. Also nice for coffee and ice cream. Come back again.

Service totally unfriendly. You sit forever until someone comes, when the order is taken, you are treated as if you had committed a capital offense. Absolutely bad. Obviously they do not need to be friendly to their guests.
